As Senior Director, Construction Strategy, reporting to the VP of Construction Strategy & Partnerships, you will be the maestro orchestrating Autodesk’s long-term vision for the construction industry. This role combines high-level strategic thinking with on-the-ground decision-making. You will evaluate big moves like buy vs. build, steer market analysis, and influence our approach to the industry’s most complex challenges. _You’ll work with teammates across the globe and will travel up to 30% of the time for face-to-face meetings like conferences, team offsites, and customers. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $209,200 and $338,470. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
