As a Senior Director, Research Cell Sourcing, you’ll get to:

Oversee and expand recruitment, blood collection, manufacturing preparation, and distribution of blood products for research purposes.Develop and implement strategic and tactical plans for customized cell sourcing activities across the enterprise.Grow the research customer base and service offerings by leveraging your knowledge of pre-clinical and clinical research.Ensure compliance with all applicable external regulations and internal policies.Collaborate with researchers and industry partners to advance innovation.Knowledge/ Education Bachelor’s degree required. Knowledge of Blood Collection Center processes preferred.   Licenses/ Certifications Scientific degree or nursing certification preferred.   Experience Eight years of related experience required. To include: • 5 years of management experience in a supervisory capacity. • Experience developing business and strategic plans. Experience in fiscal management. Experience within a Blood Collection Center preferred.   Skills/ Abilities Must possess the skills and abilities to successfully perform all assigned duties and  responsibilities. Must be able to maintain confidentiality. Knowledge of personnel management required. Strong organizational skills. Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to handle multiple projects.
