About the job
As the Senior Director of B2B Solutions you will lead the commercial health system marketing strategy and execution for all large organized customers in the US Vaccines business unit. You will lead the development of all health system and channel marketing strategies, tactics, and execution, monitor performance, and prepare business updates for senior leadership. You will lead a team of 5+ marketers and work closely with sales, brand marketing, and analytics to ensure strategy execution.
Main responsibilities:
Develop B2B health system and channel (ex. PBG, GPO, W/D) marketing solutions strategy that is forward looking at least two years and see through the execution of strategyUncover current and future health system and channel market trends and have the ability to translate this knowledge into an innovative strategy and customer facing B2B solutionsLead marketing and solutions teams with diverse backgrounds and tenureLead solutions team that covers personal promotion, non-personal promotion, and B2B solutionsAct as the liaison with heads of brand and portfolio marketing teams to ensure collaboration and tactical pull throughWork closely with Account Management leadership to strategize and execute market needsWork with an agile mindset (addressing ambiguity, working comfortably outside of existing processes or structures, establishing networks across stakeholders to drive influence and alignment, testing and learning to drive a culture of innovation, focusing on the strategic accounts experience).Collaborate with the US Vaccines Franchise Leads on strategic priorities, ensuring best practices are continuously shared within and outside of the US Vaccines Commercial TeamLead the strategy that will translate market trends into relevant market/customer assets, think outside-the-box, and create disruptive solutionsCollaborate with head of Business Operations and Services (analytics, training, market research) to define business priorities and support neededLead market research strategy and execution for health systems and channel partnersLead “brand”/strategy plan for health systems and channel partners and ensure brand imperatives are present throughout Create an innovation roadmap of strategics and execution tactics aligned to meeting our largest customers' needsAbout you
Basic qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required, Advanced Degree Preferred 10+ years of marketing or related experienceExperience building and leading marketing teamsExperience working with large, organized customers (health systems, medical groups, IDNs, W/Ds, GPOs, etc.) Experience building analytics dashboard to monitor performance and recommended pivotsPreferred qualifications:

The salary range for this position is $202,500.00 - $270,000.00 USD Annually. In addition to sales incentive (role may my eligible for long term incentive depending on level and performance); all compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience.
