ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Design and Verification Automation Engineer in the Design Automation group, you will:
Find opportunities for workflow improvement in Micron's development processes.Collaborate with the AI Silicon System Design Group to drive innovation using Machine Learning and automation.Successfully implement design and verification automation strategies to improve efficiency and quality.Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of design projects.Develop and maintain scripts and tools to automate design tasks and verification processes.Follow industry standards and guidelines for design and verification.Requirements:BS/MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience15+ years of industry experience.10+ years experience in DRAM or LPDDR protocol and timing requirements.Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with EDA tools such as Simulators, System Verilog, Synthesis, Timing Closure, UVM Test Bench, Assertion, and Coverage Closure.A solid understanding of logic design, Bus Functional Model (BFM), microcode development, and verification methodologies.Experience with APR flow, Top integration, and Scripting.A creative approach with strong collaboration skills.Knowledge of AI and Machine Learning is a big plus.Why Join Micron?

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:
$190,500.00 - $324,000.00Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Additional compensation may include benefits, discretionary bonuses and equity.
