Come help organizations be their best, while you reach new heights with a team that has your back. Role SummaryWe are seeking a Solution Architect with expertise in designing and implementing Data & Analytics solutions using Snowflake, DBT, Airflow, AWS and Tableau. The ideal candidate has a shown background in data integration, and a deep technological understanding of data APIs, data streaming and AI/ML applications. This role involves collaborating with multi-functional teams to build scalable, high-performance data and analytics artifacts that drive business insights and operational efficiency.ResponsibilitiesVisualize a target-state integrated data architecture, in concert with key business and technology leaders, which ensures data/analytics assets and services support the requirements and timing of the business demand pipeline.Analyze business requirements as technical expert and deliver detailed solution architecture as per the business requirements.Work closely with the technical leads, both backend, and frontend, and be responsible for the delivery of the data & analytics solution as per the architecture requirementsDefine a set of clear and consistent processes, standards, and measures to ensure quality expectations are met and the integrity of our data and analytics strategy is realized.Design and implement DataMart solutions using Snowflake, DBT, Airflow and AWS servicesDefine and maintain data architecture and data modeling standards for optimized performance in Snowflake.Optimize data access, encryption, and role-based security controls in cloud environments.Be responsible for performance and scalability, implementing standard processes for cost efficiency and optimization.Collaborate with project managers and BSAs to create and facilitate a queue/backlog management.Be responsible for the solution reviews with IT for major initiatives.Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate machine learning models into the data ecosystem.Design feature stores and pipelines to support AI-driven analytics.Enable predictive analytics and data science workflows using structured and semi-structured data.RequirementsBachelor's or higher degree in computer science or related field7-10 years of demonstrated ability delivering large-scale data & analytics solutions across multiple business areas with at least 2 years of experience in being responsible for the solution architecture. .Expertise in Snowflake (performance tuning, data modeling, warehouse design).Deep knowledge of Airflow and DBT (Data Build Tool) for data transformation.Experience in AWS cloud services (S3, Lambda, Glue, Redshift, and Kinesis etc.)Sophisticated SQL and Python expertiseExperience with CI/CD pipelines for data deployment (GitHub, Docker etc.).Experience developing analytics with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.Solid understanding of Salesforce data architecture, integration patterns, and APIs.Experience in developing scalable data pipelines to process and translate data from various sources, including real-time streaming and batch processing.Familiarity with AI/ML workflows and the role of data in ML model training and inference.Experience in an agile environment in a constantly evolving environment with globally distributed team membersAbility to collaborate efficiently and work as part of a team across multiple geographically dispersed IT & functional teamsSolid attention to detail and client interaction experienceAbility to effectively communicate technical solutions optimally with other technical and non-technical team members.Nice To HaveWe’ve taken special care to separate the must-have qualifications from the nice-to-haves. “Nice-to-have” means just that: Nice. Note:

Base Pay Range

SF Bay Area, Seattle Metro, and New York City Metro Area

Base Pay Range: $160,000.00 - 220,000.00 per year

California (excludes SF Bay Area), Washington (excludes Seattle Metro), Washington DC Metro, and Massachusetts

Base Pay Range: $144,000.00 - 198,000.00 per year

All other cities and states excluding California, Washington, Massachusetts, New York City Metro Area and Washington DC Metro Area.

Base Pay Range: $129,600.00 - 178,200.00 per year

Splunk provides flexibility and choice in the working arrangement for most roles, including remote and/or in-office roles. We have a market-based pay structure which varies by location. Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location as set out above, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for incentive compensation and may be eligible for equity or long-term cash awards.
