RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide business insights based on sales master data, full channel sales data flow and hospital listing dataCooperate with SFE on monthly sales analytics, and follow up Business performance and Operational performanceWork with market research team/vendor on in-depth research on external factors that impact the business environment.Provide recommendations based on the analysis of the macro environment, market trends and hospital potential assessmentPrepare detailed reports and presentations on findings and implications for the companyOther data requests supporting

Qualifications & Skills:

Level of Education

Bachelor Degree or above in preferred Economics, Business Administration, Market Research, or a related field

Working Experience in Relevant Field

8 years’ experience+ in sales analytics, market research or equivalent experience in pharmaceutical industry.

Professional Knowledge and Skills

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insightsExcellent project management skills with a track record of successfully managing strategic projectsProficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc.)Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiencesKnowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and related regulations is a plus.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
