Description We are offering a long-term contract opportunity for a Sr. Customer Service Representative. The role involves working within the Computer Programs and CRM industry, located in Winchester, Virginia. The successful candidate will be tasked with answering phone calls, data processing, and maintaining a fast-paced work environment. Responsibilities: • Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally • Enter data accurately into the online database system • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions • Follow up with inspectors on assigned work • Utilize Epic Software and ERP for efficient data processing • Perform high-volume data entry tasks • Administer claim and billing functions • Maintain proficiency in MS Office and Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning Cloud • Provide excellent service to customers via various communication channels • Keep up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions. Requirements • Proficiency in computer programs, including MS Office and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning. • Expertise in CRM and data processing is essential. • Familiarity with Epic Software and Epic System is desirable. • Ability to handle high-volume data entry tasks efficiently. • Prior experience in answering inbound calls is required. • Knowledge of benefit and billing functions is critical. • Skills in claim administration and related tasks. • Experience in Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning Cloud is beneficial. • Must be capable of performing data entry tasks accurately and swiftly.
