Sr. Customer Service Representative
Description We are seeking a Sr. Customer Service Representative to join our team based in Winchester, Virginia. This role involves interacting with customers, handling inquiries, and managing data in a fast-paced environment. The employment opportunity offers a long term contract. Responsibilities: • Answer inbound calls from customers, providing comprehensive support and assistance • Utilize various computer programs and CRM systems to process customer requests and maintain customer records • Undertake high-volume data entry tasks to ensure all customer data is accurately recorded and updated • Use ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and Epic Software to manage customer accounts and track customer interactions • Conduct follow-ups with inspectors on assigned work to ensure tasks are completed on time • Utilize MS Office, particularly Outlook, to manage communications and schedule tasks • Manage customer credit applications, ensuring all information is processed accurately and efficiently • Maintain and update customer credit records as needed • Leverage strong computer skills to navigate and use various databases and online systems efficiently • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Requirements • Proficient in computer programs with a focus on MS Office Suite • Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) • Capable of high-volume data processing • Familiarity with Epic Software and Epic System • Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning Cloud • Skilled in answering inbound calls in a professional manner • Understanding of benefit and billing functions • Proficient with claim administration • Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently • Experience with high-volume data entry • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Proven ability to problem-solve and handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
