Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Sr. Customer Service Representative in Winchester, Virginia. The role primarily involves handling customer inquiries, processing customer applications, and maintaining customer records in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Answering inbound calls and providing exceptional customer service • Accurately entering high-volume data into an online database system • Utilizing various computer programs and CRM to process customer credit applications efficiently • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions • Regularly following up with inspectors on assigned work • Utilizing skills in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and Epic Software for data processing • Performing administrative tasks such as billing functions and claim administration • Leveraging strong computer skills, specifically in MS Office and Outlook, to maintain and update customer records • Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient operation of the office • Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary. Requirements • Proficiency in computer programs and CRM systems is required. • Experience in data processing and high-volume data entry is crucial. • Knowledge and experience with Epic Software and Epic System are necessary. • Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning Cloud is mandatory. • Ability to answer inbound calls efficiently and professionally. • Familiarity with benefit functions and billing functions is important. • Experience with claim administration is desired. • Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently is crucial. • Proficiency in MS Office Suite is required. • Experience with enterprise resource planning is a plus.
