We are looking for a Sr. Customer Care Operations Project Manager to join our team in Belgrade. This role contributes to the business performance, operating efficiency, and customer satisfaction for customer success in the Intellectual Property Segment at Clarivate.

What will you be doing in this role?
Participate and contribute to process improvement across Customer Success organization
Tracking and Reporting and Providing status reports on a regular basis to project owner. May require project reporting to ELT
Establish or improve upon existing reporting mechanism for processes
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines and resource allocation, in collaboration with CS stakeholders
Responsible for mitigation of risks, issues, and ensuring dependencies are tracked and managed
Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback
About the Team
You will be a member of international team of 7 professionals, working on
complex projects for Customer Success organization in different capacity, in order to increase efficiency and improve customer satisfaction. You will be working on projects with colleagues from Customer Care, Marketing, Sale, Product, IT and others.

This is a permanent full-time position, with core engagement hours within CET time zone.
This is a hybrid position, you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
