Job Responsibilities :

Review & Update Kronos, as well as logging absences Update Daily Food Cost Tracker ReportScan and maintain all kitchen documents (HACCP Logs, sign in sheets, etc.)Input and track HotSOS work orders Prepare Disciplines & Documentations, PAN’s, Transfers Payroll Audits Fill out the FTE forecasting sheets  Input monthly Inventory Maintain Staff Dining & Main Kitchen Order Guides, direct orders, and cross transfers File Stewarding cleaning checklist Log Staff Dining cover counts for the weekAssist with recipe costing Assembling accurate daily break outs for the production teamsOrdering and closing out REQ’sSetup recap folders for holidays and annual events Setup Payroll Audits for the following year Setup Food Cost Reports for the following yearUpdate Department recipes to reflect birchstreet part #’sComplete Holiday Order Guides Complete & Verify Updated Seniority listVacation Verification & Tracking, including denials  Create Breakfast order guideOrganize & Archive MK and La Staff shared foldersSetup Purchase Requisition tracking

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

Candidates must be able to communicate (read and write) in English fluently and in a professional manner. The ability to communicate in a 2nd language is a plus.Previous work experience as a receptionist, secretary or other administrative position in a high-end, luxury resort or restaurant environment is preferred.Experience with a multi-line phone system is a plus.Must be computer literate including experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).Requires the ability to follow directions and work efficiently within a team environment.
