What Field and Call Center Support contributes to Cardinal Health:
Customer Service, Technical is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and enhancing customer business through effective implementation and/or support of Cardinal Health's products and services.
Field and Call Center Support is responsible for managing logistics, analytics and performance metrics.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent experience will be considered3 years of experience in Technical Customer Service is preferredFluent in English and Spanish written and verbal is required.Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office products, Microsoft Excel Knowledge is requiredCustomer service, problem solving, and analytical skills are requiredLift weight from 30 pounds or more as necessary is requiredExperience in ERP is highly preferredWork schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
