What Field and Call Center Support contributes to Cardinal Health:

Customer Service, Technical is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and enhancing customer business through effective implementation and/or support of Cardinal Health's products and services.

Field and Call Center Support is responsible for managing logistics, analytics and performance metrics.

Accountabilities:

Provide customer service to clients (answering calls and/or tickets management)Manage department inventoryMaintain up to date services documentation and ensure all documents are process in a timely mannerAssist department with other clerical duties such as, but not limited to: answering calls, verifying invoices, keep files up to date; among othersProcess invoices for services, rents, and parts to EBS customersEnsure that all necessary products are available in the EBS department

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent experience will be considered3 years of experience in Technical Customer Service is preferredFluent in English and Spanish written and verbal is required.Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office products, Microsoft Excel Knowledge is requiredCustomer service, problem solving, and analytical skills are requiredLift weight from 30 pounds or more as necessary is requiredExperience in ERP is highly preferredWork schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
