Sr. Consultant - Business Analyst
Maximus TCS (Technology and Consulting Services) Internal Job Profile Code: TCS142, T4, Band 7 Key responsibilities include: Engaging with stakeholders to collect insights and evaluate relevant information to inform the establishment of the AI CoE. Assessing collected information against our AI framework to formulate options and recommendations. Developing a program charter that outlines the purpose, scope, roles, and responsibilities of the AI CoE. Creating a draft roadmap that outlines strategic steps for the AI CoE's development and implementation. Producing a comprehensive study based on the assessment to guide the AI CoE's establishment.
Requirements:Active Secret Clearance.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, MIS, or a related field with at least 5 years of experience, or a Master’s degree in Computer Science with 3 years of experience.A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, with a strong ability to engage stakeholders and communicate effectively.Ability to develop executive-level communications and presentations for stakeholders.Experience collaborating with leaders to resolve complex issues and providing leadership on strategic projects.Familiarity with data science, AI, and management consulting.Proven problem-solving skills and experience in delivering methodologies on engagements.Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to multi-task in consultative settings.
Minimum Requirements TCS142, T4, Band 7 Preferred Qualifications:Related consulting experience, particularly in AI and data science.Previous experience with Federal engagements.Experience with Big 4 consulting firms is a plus.
