Sr. Conference Planning Manager
**Job Description** The Senior Conference Planning Manager will oversee the entire operation of the conference center, ensuring all services are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple departments. The Senior Conference Planning Manager will report to the General Manager, as well as work closely with the client leadership. Finance and HR functions will be supported through client resources. COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $95,000. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. Oversee all aspects of the conference center?s operations. ? Ensure all departments are working cohesively to meet client expectations. ? Develop and implement operational policies and procedures. ? Monitor and manage budgets and financial performance with support from client resources. ? Liaise with clients to ensure their needs are met and address any issues that arise. ? Proven experience in a senior operational role ? Strong leadership and organizational skills ?
