We are seeking an experienced Compensation Analyst to join our team. This role involves managing and analyzing compensation programs, including base wage, salary administration, and sales compensation. You will collaborate on designing and implementing performance management programs and ensure accurate data handling in HRIS systems.
Responsibilities
+ Administer base wage and salary programs, including market pricing jobs and understanding of salary bands.
+ Design, communicate, implement, and administer sales compensation plans.
+ Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data review and analysis, including pivot tables, v-lookups, and macros.
+ Generate and deliver presentations and create complex plan/policy documents.
+ Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data with discretion.
+ Collaborate in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Essential Skills
+ 5+ years’ experience in Compensation, HR, Finance, or related field.
+ Proficiency in compensation, variable pay, commission, and HRIS systems; experience with Xactly, ADP, and PayFactors systems is advantageous.
+ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, v-lookups, and macros.
+ Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
+ Proven analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Relevant certifications such as CCP, CBP, CPP, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP.
+ Preferred 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree.
+ Strong knowledge of compensation structures, benefits administration, payroll processes, and relevant legislation.
Work Environment
Hybrid work environment requiring in-office presence on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Work hours are from 8 am to 5 pm.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.48 - $57.69/hr.
