Come build your career with BAE Systems with the Intelligence & Security (I&S) Sector where we provide Information Technology support to those who protect us. oWe are looking for a Cloud Architect to design and operate the AWS cloud for a new program that delivers applications across multiple classification levels in the environment. oAs the Cloud Architect, you will: Design cloud based network, identity, and security services to provide end user services such as email, web browsing, and virtual desktops Integrate Infrastructure as Code (IaC) across the enterprise Identifying the key technology interactions and dependencies across systems/platforms impacting the organization's ability to achieve integration, compatibility, and performance targets Evaluating total cost of ownership and return on investment of various IT platform/infrastructure alternatives Design, test and implement security controls, defenses and countermeasures to intercept and prevent internal or external attacks Support the security team to test and authorize the system for an enterprise Authority to Operate (ATO) **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** Required: oAWS SysOps Administrator Associate, or equivalent oSecurity , or equivalent oBachelor's Degree and 8 years' minimum work experience or equivalent experience **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** oMaster s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $126610 - $215270 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
