Job Summary
The Clinical Informatics Sr. Specialist role with an emphasis in women’s health requires a clinical and digital expertise in the areas of planning, design, report development, data analysis, testing, end user training, implementation support, application maintenance configuration and adoption of the Electronic Health Records to achieve evidenced based clinical standardization and transformation that results in improved patient care outcomes, end user efficiency, and financial outcomes.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Informatics, Information Technology, or a related field required 3-5 years of experience in clinical informatics or a related field required 1-3 years of experience in a senior or lead role preferredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong knowledge of clinical informatics, system implementation, and healthcare technology best practices. Advanced analytical skills to assess workflow efficiency, system performance, and data quality. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clinical staff, IT professionals, and stakeholders across various specialties. Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt informatics solutions to support diverse clinical needs. Knowledge of healthcare regulations, data privacy standards, and compliance requirements related to clinical informatics.Licenses and Certifications
Certification in Clinical Informatics (e.g., ANCC Informatics Nursing Certification, CAHIMS/CPHIMS) preferred
