The Senior Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) Analyst is instrumental in advancing Aledade’s mission to enhance healthcare quality and reduce costs through physician-led Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs). This advanced role involves leading the analysis of clinical documentation and risk stratification initiatives, ensuring that our practices operate with optimal effectiveness and efficiency. The ideal candidate possesses extensive analytical expertise, a deep understanding of healthcare regulations, and a passion for driving improvements in the healthcare landscape. With a strategic mindset and a commitment to excellence, the Senior CDI Analyst will contribute significantly to our continuous improvement efforts and support the overall success of our ACOs.
We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home within the US or be based from Bethesda, MD office.Primary DutiesAssist the Director of Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) and the CDI team with research, data analysis, and project management tasksHelp prepare meeting materials that clarify complex topics and facilitate effective decision-makingAnalyze performance trends and indicators related to risk stratification across various practices and markets to inform business strategiesSupport the development and maintenance of analytical models that aid in risk stratification efforts, learning to educate stakeholders on their applicationsCollaborate with various teams, including risk stratification, product, business intelligence, and analytics, to identify opportunities for improvement and support business objectivesMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Health Care, or a related field (or equivalent experience) required.2-4 years of relevant experience requiredInterest in healthcare programs, project management, or related fields is a plusFamiliarity with value-based care, accountable care organizations, or Medicare Advantage is a bonusExperience using a variety of data management tools including but not limited to Tableau, Monday.com, Jira and other data management softwareExperience with Risk Adjustment metrics supporting documentation accuracy and diagnosis capture Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with a strong interest in quantitative analysis; comfortable working with large and complex data setsPreferred KSA'sBasic experience with Google Slides, with the ability to create engaging presentations and draft materials with guidanceStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to learn about stakeholder managementAbility to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and approach problems analyticallyEagerness to learn project management and data analysis tools such as Monday.com and Tableau$55,000 - $65,000 a yearSalary Range: $55,000-$65,000 base + bonus + equityCompensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
