Finance & Business Operations Manager for the National Space Security LOB in Herndon, VA.

In this dynamic role you will be responsible for:
Orders, Sales, EBIT and Cash, Long Range Planning, Customer interface & negotiations, New Business proposals, Earned value Management / cost control. The portfolio of programs total around $300M of sales across an average of 25 programs. This role will manage and lead a team of around 10 plus employees.

Must be able to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance. US Citizenship required.

Location: 9X80A or 4X10: full time in office Herndon VA or Valley Forge PA
Basic Qualifications:
Broad experience in Finance. (Ex. FP&A or Cost Control or Contracts or Proposal work or negotiations).

Bachelor Degree or above in Finance/Business Administration/Accounting or related discipline

Able to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance. US Citizenship required.
Desired Skills:
Extensive experience in Program Business Operations with increasing levels of responsibility, leadership, business breadth, and customer interaction. Experience to include: financial reporting, Earned Value Management (EVM), Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) and leading cost control/planning/contracts business teams

Proficient communication, analytical, and presentation skills. This includes interfacing and conducting presentations with customers and internal program/executive management, assessing program cost/schedule/risk performance, and estimating future business pursuits and ECPs

Full Spectrum Leadership demonstrated on program teams training/developing critical business skills (Strategy, Proposal Development, EVM, Program Controls, Planning, Finance Planning & Assessment), shaping strategies through new business pursuits, and energize and build teams and relationships
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
