Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Business Analyst with 9 to 11 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SFMC- Exact Target Config SFMC Interaction Studio SFMC Exact Target SFMC Core Configuration SFMC Advanced SFMC CDP and DMP SFMC Advance Cross Channel and Marketing Cloud (SFMC). The role is hybrid with a day shift and does not require travel.
Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for SFMC solutions.Oversee the implementation and configuration of SFMCExact Target Config SFMC Interaction Studio and SFMC Core Configuration.Provide expertise in SFMC Exact Target and SFMC Advanced to optimize marketing campaigns.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SFMC CDP and DMP.Utilize SFMC Advance Cross Channel to enhance multi-channel marketing strategies.Develop and maintain data models to support marketing initiatives.Conduct regular assessments of SFMC configurations to ensure alignment with business goals.Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of SFMC-related issues.Provide training and support to team members on SFMC functionalities.Monitor and report on the performance of SFMC campaigns.Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations in all SFMC activities.Stay updated with the latest SFMC features and best practices.Contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing processes and tools.Qualifications
Possess a deep understanding of SFMCExact Target Config SFMC Interaction Studio and SFMC Core Configuration.Have hands-on experience with SFMC Exact Target and SFMC Advanced.Demonstrate expertise in SFMC CDP and DMP.Show proficiency in SFMC Advance Cross Channel and Marketing Cloud (SFMC).Experience with data models is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Certifications Required
