Job Description Hybrid in CLT or REMOTE for All-Star candidates (need to be willing to travel to CLT 1x/quarter) Deriva Energy is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (SBA) to be engaged in the buildout and implementation of the financial systems for Deriva. This role will have key responsibilities in the data integration from the legacy financial systems to the new financial systems. Post implementation this role will support, maintain, and enhance the Deriva Financial Applications working with the business and IT. The SBA would be responsible for day-to-day support/answering questions related to financial applications along with documenting requirements, configuring, testing, and deploying bug fixes or enhancements. Skills and Requirements 5+ years of professional experience in a finance/accounting role or similar experience as a Business Analyst, serving mainly the accounting/finance group is required  Strong knowledge of core ERP enabled business cycles, specifically related to accounting function  Experience integrating financial data into a reporting data mart and developing financial reporting  Strong documentation skills  Must be well-versed in using data tools (i.e. SQL)  Implementation/ migration experience  Adaptable personality and soft skills will be very important!!! Peoplesoft or NetSuite implementation exp.  Experience working with auditors to develop and document processes and controls in a SOX environment.
