The primary role of the Azure Practice Architect for security is to provide enterprise consulting, architecture and team oversight in their respective area(s) of expertise. The PA reviews proposals, prepares project plans, and works with sales and delivery to implement contracts. In this case, the PA would be working with delivery managers from all practices (InfoSec, Network, Data Center Support, Managed Services, etc.) to identify requirements for automating and measuring processes, tracking and analysis to help improve customer support and processes. The PA will meet with the clients as a consultant to continuously improve Cloud Security by advising, conducting Azure cloud security posture assessments, and/or implementing processes to improve their use of Azure Security services and configurations. The PA Serves as a relationship manager for TGS and key vendor partners (i.e. Microsoft etc.) across multiple functional areas. The PA will also have access to contacts with best practice functional and industry expertise outside TGS. It can be expected that the position will spend 80% of his or her time on billable delivery support and 20% on sales engineering support. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with: Expert DevOps experience applied to DevSecOps scenarios Develop both DevOps and DevSecOps engineering plans (must possess hands-on DevOps capabilities) Advising on Microsoft Cloud Security capabilities across Azure platforms Experience implementing security controls from .GOV regulatory frameworks and security standards (e.g. NIST SP 800-53, RMF, ICD 503, FISMA, FedRAMP) Experience implementing security controls solutions fin Azure, AWS and/or GCP Expert-level skills in specifying and implementing log collection into tools such as Microsoft Sentinel and Splunk, and performing querying and analysis of aggregated logs or other secops telemetry to identify security-relevant anomalies or risks CISSP or equivalent certification to support DoD 8140 requirements Able to describe, design and support automated testing, supply chain security, effective secrets management, privileged access controls processes Deep understanding of how to implement best practices for designing and securing Azure platform Design and support Client Public and Hybrid Cloud Security Architectures Develop a deep understanding of how our customers will use the Azure Sentinel platform and their use of security across Azure and M365 workloads Create and review Azure Sentinel architecture and solution design artifacts Strong knowledge of identity and access management principles and tools, such as Azure Active Directory, Azure AD B2C, and OAuth.

The pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $190000.00
