7+ years experience in Peoplesoft FSCM

Understand the Business Processes and functionality specific to client

Defect remediation and coordination with other teams

Good knowledge of PeopleSoft Finance modules and has experience in global implementation.

Competent in Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM – Peoplesoft AP, AR, BI , PO and AM modules

Understand Functional Specifications and create/ review of Technical Design Specifications

Should have experience in driving the meeting/session with business teams

Coordination with Customer & Cognizant onsite/offshore resources

Build customizations, interfaces, reports as per design documents and perform peer reviews

Has good working knowledge of People Tools - Application Designer Fluid pages, Application Engine, AWE, ExceltoCI, People code and Integration broker.

Develop & Perform Unit Test scripts

Trouble shooting - debugging identified issues

Provide bug fix support during UAT & Warranty Support

Is able to resolve tickets and user issues within agreed SLAs

Work in line with IT Governance policy to ensure adherence to quality schedule and Project Timelines

Good understanding of Agile Methodologies
