Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Administrator with 8 to 10 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Administration SAP BTP Administration SAP HANA Administration NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA Admin and SAP Basis Administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to manage complex systems. This hybrid role requires day shifts and does not involve travel.

Responsibilities

Oversee the administration and maintenance of SAP S/4HANA systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.Manage SAP BTP environments ensuring seamless integration and functionality across platforms.Administer SAP HANA databases focusing on performance tuning backup and recovery processes.Handle NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA administration tasks including system upgrades patches and troubleshooting.Provide SAP Basis administration support ensuring system stability and security.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support SAP solutions that meet business requirements.Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues to minimize downtime.Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures.Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.Lead efforts to optimize system performance and streamline administrative processes.Provide technical support and guidance to junior administrators and other team members.Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.Contribute to the companys overall success by ensuring the reliability and efficiency of critical SAP systems.

Qualifications

Possess extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA Administration demonstrating a deep understanding of system architecture and functionality.Have a strong background in SAP BTP Administration with the ability to manage and troubleshoot complex environments.Demonstrate expertise in SAP HANA Administration including performance tuning and database management.Show proficiency in NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA Admin with experience in system upgrades and patch management.Exhibit solid skills in SAP Basis Administration ensuring system stability and security.Nice to have experience in Work & Asset Management-Transmission Transmission and Distribution and Utilities domains.Display excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Possess strong communication skills enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends.Demonstrate the ability to lead and mentor junior team members fostering a collaborative work environment.Have a proactive approach to system monitoring and issue resolution ensuring minimal downtime.Exhibit strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
