Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Migrate to Containers Container Analysis Cloud Deploy Operations Suite Artifact Registry Cloud Build Cloud Run and Google Kubernetes Engine. Experience in provisioning billing systems is a plus. This hybrid role offers a day shift with no travel required.

Responsibilities

Lead the migration of applications to containers ensuring seamless transitions and minimal downtime.Oversee container analysis to optimize performance and security.Provide expertise in deploying cloud solutions using Cloud Deploy.Manage and monitor cloud operations using Operations Suite.Utilize Artifact Registry to maintain and manage container images.Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Cloud Build.Deploy and manage serverless applications using Cloud Run.Administer and optimize Google Kubernetes Engine clusters for high availability and scalability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud solutions.Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices in cloud environments.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and services.Document processes configurations and best practices for cloud deployments.Stay updated with the latest cloud technologies and trends to drive innovation.

Qualifications

Possess a strong understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies.Demonstrate proficiency in cloud deployment and management tools.Have experience with CI/CD pipelines and serverless architectures.Show expertise in Google Cloud Platform services especially Kubernetes.Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Have excellent communication and collaboration skills.Experience in provisioning billing systems is a plus.Hold a relevant certification such as Google Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer or equivalent.
