Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Specialist with 9 to 13 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in EndPoint Implementation and Trellix (McAfee) with a strong background in the medical devices domain. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can ensure the security of our systems and data contributing to the safety and reliability of our medical devices.
Responsibilities
Implement and manage EndPoint security solutions to protect our systems and data.Oversee the deployment and maintenance of Trellix (McAfee) security products.Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with industry standards.Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to safeguard sensitive information.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into the development and deployment of medical devices.Provide expert guidance on security best practices and emerging threats to stakeholders.Monitor and respond to security incidents ensuring timely resolution and documentation.Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential security threats.Stay updated on the latest security trends and technologies to continuously improve our security posture.Train and mentor team members on security protocols and best practices.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for medical devices.Participate in the design and implementation of security architectures for new projects.Contribute to the development of security awareness programs for employees.Qualifications
Possess extensive experience in EndPoint Implementation and Trellix (McAfee).Demonstrate a strong understanding of security principles and practices in the medical devices domain.Hold relevant certifications such as CISSP CISM or CEH.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Show proficiency in conducting security assessments and audits.Display strong communication and collaboration skills.Have a proactive approach to staying updated on security trends and technologies.Certifications Required
