Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 5 to 7 years of experience in React JS and JavaScript specializing in Finance and Accounting domains. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications that enhance our financial services. This role requires a deep understanding of financial systems and the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain web applications using React JS and JavaScript to support financial services.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.Translate complex financial and accounting requirements into technical specifications.Implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces that enhance user experience.Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.Troubleshoot and debug issues to optimize application performance.Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and best practices.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the application remains current.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.Work closely with the QA team to ensure comprehensive test coverage and high-quality releases.Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.Document technical specifications and project requirements for future reference.Qualifications
Possess a strong background in React JS and JavaScript with 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience.Demonstrate expertise in Finance and Accounting domains understanding financial systems and processes.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Show proficiency in developing responsive and user-friendly web interfaces.Have experience with agile development methodologies and practices.Display strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.Ensure code quality through comprehensive code reviews.Work closely with QA teams to ensure high-quality releases.Document technical specifications and project requirements.Certifications Required
