Job Description

Sutherland is looking for a junior lawyer to join our team. The perfect candidate has experience supporting labor relations, disciplinary, and migratory processes, as well as petition rights.

Great English communication skills, this role requires explaining Colombian regulatory laws to outsiders.

This job will be a 100% on site.

QualificationsKnowledge of human resource functions, business management and strategy, workforce planning and employment, benefits, and employee relations. Ability to work in MS OfficeStrong verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional mannerAbility to be proactive in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members and be a team player.B2 English level or above.
