Our culture is built on trust, care, inclusivity, and a commitment to creating a transformational experience for our team members and the global workforce. **About the Role** This Senior Associate will work as part of the Strategic Finance team dedicated to LinkedIn’s largest business – LinkedIn Talent Solutions (LTS). This person will play a pivotal role on the team by identifying, evaluating, and executing against opportunities to grow LTS. Already excelling in data analysis, any candidate for this role should be looking to further flex their strategic thinking skills, as outlined below. The role is highly cross-functional, blending data analysis, strategy & execution, creating clarity and speed to execution of needle-moving corporate priorities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about solving highly complex ambiguous operational questions within the LTS team and has exceptional business acumen and the skills to operate autonomously to identify, prioritize, partner, influence and implement high-impact change. **Responsibilities:** Performance Management + Supports performance management by creating, maintaining, and updating complex models and forecasts for assigned metrics. + Access, transform, and synthesize data from cross-platform data sources and analyze to assess signals, trends, and risks. + Leverages advanced knowledge to develop hypotheses using identified signals, trends, and risks. + Executes ad hoc analyses to prove/disprove hypotheses and address ambiguous or complex business questions, deriving actionable insights from results. + Collaborates with cross-functional teams to design experiments to close deviations from targets. Execution & Organization + Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to support the growth of initiatives by providing a metrics- oriented perspective, with minimal supervision. + Communicates with stakeholders to answer a wide variety of complex questions. + Exercises judgment within defined procedures to develop workstreams and operational processes. + Proactively identifies obstacles and works to unblock them with minimal support. Stakeholder Influence + Communicates implications of work (e.g., forecasts, analyses, trends) to management and cross-functional stakeholders to drive action. + Leverages insights and data to develop narratives to influence stakeholders with limited guidance. + Synthesizes problems and communicates point of view to support decision-making on issues related to individual work in smaller group discussions.
