The impact you'll make:
Provide Reporting & Analytics support across the organization, as well as supporting corporate projects and initiatives. Responsible for providing intelligence and insight on business performance to inform leadership decision-making and drive operational execution.



What you'll do:

Be a thought leader to your designated channels and senior leadership based on subject matter expertise and knowledge of business trends Regularly communicate insights, analysis, and recommendations to senior leadership Manage stakeholders by prioritizing incoming projects as well as proactively engaging them with opportunities to improve current state reporting, analytics, and data structure. Ensure alignment and consistency of reporting methodologies across reports and channels Define, measure, and clearly communicate updates on organizational KPIs such as activity metrics, performance to plan, and funnel creation/conversion. Own a basket of key reports for designated channels, identify opportunities to improve/consolidate existing reports and make existing data models more efficient. Analyze large sets of data to identify key drivers and root causes of performance trends Translate business requirements into insight-driving visualizations using Power BI and solving for any data architecture issues involved. Build custom reports for data not easily accessible to business: BI, SQL queries, multiple sources of data, etc. Contribute to advancing the technical expertise of other data users regarding the use of data, its transformation, and dashboard creation. Utilize data to make actionable recommendations at all levels.

 

What you'll bring to the table:

Post-Secondary Degree (BA in Economics, Finance, or Business OR BSc in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics) 3 – 5 years’ experience working with advanced analytics platforms (eg. BI/SAP) 3+ years of experience in sales strategy, business analytics, or business operations Strong analytical problem-solving skills with sound business judgement Strong communication skills with ability to influence others. Advanced proficiency with MS Excel, Power BI, MS Access, and MS PowerPoint Experience working with field sales teams and understanding the selling process an asset. Exceptional reporting and analytical skills with ability to translate insights into action plans with sound business judgement. Experience working with CRM or Territory Account Management platforms/processes. Expert level experience working within cross functional teams and gaining buy-in from various stakeholders. Strong time management, attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills A creative and proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a dedication to delivering exceptional client experiences. Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
