The Northern Trust Company seeks a Sr. Analyst, SW Support to develop, maintain, and enhance software applications for non-legacy/non-mainframe systems. Carry out technical improvements and support for multiple trading, portfolio management, and trade routing applications. Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve production issues and apply code fix. Monitor and provide support to job streams. Conduct root cause analysis and assist in the efficient resolution of all production processes. #LI-DNI

Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Information Systems or a related STEM field, and 1 year of experience with software design, development, and implementation. Experience must include a minimum of: 1 year of experience with coding and debugging software applications; 1 year of experience with capturing business requirements and transforming requirements into technical specifications; 1 year of experience with web development; 1 year of experience with designing, developing, and implementing Enterprise data warehouses and data mart models; 1 year of experience data quality review and analysis of data collection, mapping, aggregation, and balancing functionality; and 1 year of experience with .Net, C++, Eclipse, Hadoop, HTML, Java, MS Access, MySQL, Oracle 12c, PL/SQL, PostgreSQL, Python, Spark, SQL Developer, SQL, Tableau, Visual Studio, and XML. Part time telecommuting may be permitted. #LI-DNI

Salary Range:

$61,500 - 98,300 USD

Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Northern Trust provides a comprehensive benefits package including retirement benefits (401k and pension), health and welfare benefits (medical, dental, vision, spending accounts and disability), paid time off, parental and caregiver leave, life & accident insurance, and other voluntary and well-being benefits. Northern Trust also provides a discretionary bonus program that may include an equity component.
