Your New Role…
Develop and nurture long-term, strategic relationships with key business partners and accounts, including Apple, Google and various others. This role requires a strong focus on strategic planning to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of materials aligned with business objectives. Responsibilities include overseeing successful partner onboarding, managing comprehensive documentation, coordinating training initiatives, generating reports, conducting data analysis, and leading project management efforts to drive efficiency and consistency across operations.
Your Role Accountabilities…
Partnership Development
Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with key business partners, including Apple, Google and various in-territory Business teams and accounts.
Identify and pursue opportunities to deepen partnerships, driving mutual business growth.
Serve as the primary liaison for key partners, ensuring clear, consistent, and effective communication.
Foster a collaborative environment by engaging with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations to support partnership goals.
Strategic Planning and Execution
Develop and execute strategic plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials that meet business requirements.
Align with cross-functional teams both internal and external to integrate strategies and objectives with broader business goals.
Maintain thorough documentation to support operational consistency and process transparency.
Continuously identify and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Onboarding
Support the Onboarding Lead with new client onboards and preexisting clients with a focus on transactional business deals, ensuring all aspects are prepared for content delivery.
Update training materials and documentation for on-going team development across all business lines.
Support the SPR team as a whole to ensure effective onboarding and successful integration for all clients.
Reporting and Data Analysis
Produce regular reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, growth opportunities, and areas needing improvement.
Conduct adhoc reporting for key clients, including Amazon to ensure success of territory launches
Work with vendors to ensure order and delivery tracking and reporting is robust, proactively leveraged to mitigate risk, and accessible to key stakeholders
Manage the storefront analytics tooling for assigned Key Accounts
Qualifications & Experiences…
Bachelor’s degree in Media Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
At least 5-7 years of experience in media operations, content distribution, or a relevant area within the entertainment industry.
Proven analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to leverage data for decision-making and process enhancements.
Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheets, or equivalent platforms, to track and manage projects.
Exceptional organizational skills; adept at managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Strong problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal skills, able to foster productive relationships across cross-functional teams.
Experience in developing and executing strategic plans that support business objectives and promote operational excellence.
Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and optimization of processes.
In-depth knowledge of the media and entertainment industry, specifically in content licensing and distribution.
Experience with international content distribution and an understanding of global market dynamics is a plus.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $56,001.00 - $104,003.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
