You will be a self-starter and willing to go the extra mile to meet mission requirements in a fast paced and dynamic environment. This is an Onsite role, relocation in not provided. You will perform a variety of technical and business tasks in support of the Shipping/Receiving function for engineering materials. If you’re passionate about what you could accomplish here, we’d love to hear from you. **What You Will Do** + Meet on time deliverables including program costs and scheduling + Coordinate and certify shipments in accordance with 49 CFR, IATA, NISPOM, and the Defense Transportation Regulations. + Prepare domestic and international shipping labels, Hazardous declarations, Bill of Lading, and airway bills for outbound movement. + Coordinate and track movement of goods through logistic pathways. + Execute logistics plan to move products and packages to reach destinations on schedule. + Prioritizing daily workloads and maintain quality standards. + Communicate directly with internal and external customers. + Perform tasks reliably, dependably, and accurately with minimal supervision. + Ensure data integrity and inventory accuracy and provide support for internal/external audits. + Perform other duties as required to meet mission requirements and site performance **Qualifications You Must Have:** + Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience + The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
