**Required Education/Experience** + Master's Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Business or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years' full time related work experience or + Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Business or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years' full time related work experience. **Preferred Education/Experience** + Master's Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Business or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years' full time related work experience in Data analysis, time series analysis, regression theory, forecasting. **Relevant Work Experience** + Minimum 3 years of full-time utility experience in analytical, technical, engineering, forecasting, and/or modeling. Required + Must be an advanced level user of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Required + Basic knowledge of statistical forecasting software such as E-views. Required + Knowledge of rate design, billing, and revenue reporting systems is a plus. Preferred + Experience in forecasting/modeling of electric, gas, or steam or equivalent forecasting/analytical experience is a plus. Preferred + Knowledge of Python and visualization tools such as Power BI is a plus.
