Senior Analyst, Demand Planning – National Brand
Cardinal Health Canada, with over 1300 employees nationwide, is an essential link in the Canadian healthcare supply chain, providing over 70,000 products to healthcare facilities and medical professionals across the country.
We are looking for positive and team-oriented individual to join our dynamic Supply Chain team in Vaughan. The incumbent will be responsible for managing demand planning processes and tools with an eye for improvement and play a key role in the future ERP implementation.

Key Responsibilities
Analyzing demand forecasts to identify sales’ trends across all business segments and to proactively represent any statistical forecasting exceptionCreating and maintaining forecast models, assist in incorporating business intelligence and forecast information gathered from sales, marketing, finance, and other sources into that demand plan utilizing analytics and interpersonal skillsProactively developing, analyzing, and recommending finished goods demand forecasts at multiple levels of aggregationIdentifying areas of forecast risk and improvement opportunities for their assigned demand planning categoriesReviewing historical sale trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, select statistical forecast models, evaluate forecast resultsDeveloping an easy way to quickly compile and analyze month over month and year over year trends on product groups as requiredCreating reporting and automated system alerts to proactively identify forecast exceptionsReview data errors, outlier correction, stat output errors, etc. in Kinaxis on a weekly basisAssisting in the creation of best-in-class processes to improve forecast accuracy and biasEngaging and collaborating with Sales teams to ensure better inventory planning, demand signal exception analysis (spikes/ drops), new business materialization and service level analysisKey Qualifications
Possess a strong understanding of statistical forecasting and inventory optimization techniques. Supply Chain experience is an assetYou’ve completed a College/University education (or certification) in Demand Planning or Supply Chain Management, MBA is an assetUnderstanding the functionalities of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), proficiency in demand planning software's, and exposure in /leading Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) preferredCertification in APCIS CPIM, CSCP or IBF CPF is a plusYou have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence internal and external customers to drive value-added solutionsYou possess strong analytical skills and proven ability to analyze data trends with the use of reporting tools (ex.
