Key Responsibilities/ Requirements and design:

Lead a team of Guidance software engineers in the development and delivery of software solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and ensure alignment with operational objectivesDrive innovation and continuous improvement in software engineering processes and practices.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members Ensure the successful execution of software engineering projects within budget and timeline constraintsLead strategic initiatives for the Boeing SW programsSoftware Requirement design and coding, Integration, Certification, Verification especially on Guidance, EFIS and CI F AreasFeature Definition, Customer Support, In service supportAbility to code in multiple languagesAnalytical skills & software development skills

YOU MUST HAVEBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematicsMinimum of 12 years experience in Various SW life cycle.
