Description We are offering a contract contract employment opportunity for a Sr. Accountant in ALBUQUERQUE, New Mexico. As a key player in our Non-Profit team, you will be relied upon for your expert knowledge in account and balance sheet reconciliation, bank reconciliations, and general ledger oversight. Responsibilities: • Overseeing the complete process of account reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy. • Handling balance sheet reconciliation tasks, ensuring all financial statements are in order. • Conducting bank reconciliations to ascertain the financial position of the organization. • Managing the general ledger and ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded. • Creating and posting journal entries to track financial activities. • Utilizing Microsoft Excel for financial data analysis and reporting. • Ensuring the timely completion of month-end close activities. • Operating and managing financial data in NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP systems. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required • Demonstrated ability in Balance Sheet Reconciliation is necessary • Experience in Bank Reconciliations is essential • Familiarity with General Ledger is expected • Competency in creating and maintaining Journal Entries is needed • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel are required • Experience in Month End Close processes is essential • Knowledge of NetSuite software is expected • Proficiency in Oracle software is required • Familiarity with SAP software is necessary Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
