Description We are in the process of recruiting a Sr. Accountant based in New York, United States. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity, playing a key part in the accounting sector. The Sr. Accountant will be responsible for handling account reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation, and bank reconciliations, among other duties. Responsibilities: • Ensuring accurate and timely processing of general ledger entries. • Utilizing Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasks. • Handling account reconciliation tasks to ensure accurate accounting records. • Conducting detailed balance sheet reconciliation. • Managing bank reconciliations and identifying any discrepancies. • Utilizing Oracle and NetSuite for various accounting operations. • Responsible for the month-end close process. • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity. • Addressing and resolving any accounting related inquiries and issues.
