Description We are in search of a Sr. Account/Project Manager to be a part of our team in New York. This role is a blend of account management and project management, primarily focused on the life sciences and pharma industries. The successful candidate will have an agency background or life science background, and the ability to manage client-facing interactions while also maintaining a strong focus on project management. Responsibilities: • Manage customer accounts and ensure all actions are taken appropriately and in a timely manner • Handle client inquiries and provide prompt, effective solutions • Process customer applications with accuracy and efficiency • Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records • Adapt quickly and effectively to frequent changes in project parameters • Use monday.com for project management tasks • Engage with clients from the life sciences and pharma industries • Leverage your skills in Account Management and Cross Functional Project Management to ensure project success • Display client-facing skills and effectively manage client relationships • Implement efficient project management strategies to drive project success. Requirements • Proven experience in Account Management • Demonstrable skills in Cross Functional Project Management • Strong knowledge of Life Science industry • Proficiency in using monday.com for project management • Excellent leadership and team management abilities • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant field • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
