The stated pay range is based on a national-average location. Actual salary is determined by factors including relevant work experience, skills and location. This position is bonus eligible.
The Senior Worksite Sales Enablement Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to effectively leverage internal and external data sources, platforms, and resources to generate custom, consultative client insights that drive revenue growth. This role is responsible for leading the strategic development and implementation of data enablement processes for the Sales organization. It involves collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data to support go-to-market efforts and business growth while applying statistical analysis and data modeling techniques. This role is responsible for analyzing and reporting data to support multiple distribution teams and connecting insights across various data owners, such as Actuarial, Finance, and Product Development. The role utilizes knowledge of data analytics and employs data from sources like data warehouses, customer data platforms, API data, and analytics tools to understand unique buying behaviors and convert those insights into tailored client learnings.
As a Sr. Worksite Sales Enablement Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
Strategically connecting the dots to understand customer intent using data from multiple sources like data warehouses, customer data platforms, marketing analytics tools, and product analytics tools.Proactively providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders, influencing sales growth and operational efficiency.Clearly communicating complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences, optimizing reporting across all sales enablement and marketing channels.Consistently delivering actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management, to drive sales growth and improve efficiency.Effectively communicating complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences, optimizing reporting across all sales enablement and marketing channels.Expertly designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards and reports to monitor key sales enablement KPIs, leveraging data visualizations to support data-driven initiatives.Regularly sharing performance metrics and collaborating with the Sales Operations team to improve data collection and analytics, driving strategies that improve processes and tools (ease of doing business).Collaboratively working with the Sales Communication team to deliver customized client insights that empower decision-making and support a consultative sales approach.Meticulously building, documenting, and improving processes utilizing systems and tools including PowerBI, HubSpot, Salesforce Account Engagement (formerly Pardot), Excel, and other Sales Enablement software and technology.Diligently collecting, cleaning, and preprocessing internal and external data, performing in-depth analysis to identify trends that support revenue growth.Accurately generating monthly and quarterly reporting to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement campaigns.Actively supporting the Sales Enablement and Go-to-Market Data Strategy by ensuring data quality, adhering to key processes and policies, and influencing strategic decision-making.Leading smaller-scale data initiatives and contributing to larger strategic projects, conducting data analysis using tools such as SQL, Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel..The Sr. Worksite Sales Enablement Analyst position is well-suited for you if you:
Ability to excel in data analysis and problem solvingFamiliar with typical data analytics language, such as SQL, SSPS, Python, etc.Familiar with typical data analytics and visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, SAS, etc.Comfortable analyzing data sets to recognize trends and identify patterns in dataExcellent understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.Excellent communication and storytelling skills to convey data insights effectively.Ability to work in a matrixed environment, working with multiple stakeholders across a complex enterprise.Demonstrated ability to work without direct supervision.Ability to utilize Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, Power Point, etc.), MS Teams and other technologies effectively.Ability to focus on details, possess analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.Be knowledgeable on worksite competitor products and industry trends.What you’ll need:
Bachelor’s degree Data Analytics, Math, Information Technology, Business or a related field of study or 8 years of equivalent work experience.5 years working in revenue data roles, supporting sales organization in the insurance, voluntary benefits or benefit administration industry.What will set you apart:

Compensation
Pay Range: $77,100.00 - $115,700.00 Annual
