Job Title

Sr Treasury Associate

The Treasury Associate Senior will contribute to the company’s success by ensuring efficient cash management on a daily basis and managing and administrating the company’s banking platforms worldwide. The Associate will support all aspects of global treasury operations activities including daily cash management, cash reporting and forecasting, monitoring daily liquidity, and domestic and international payment processing.

Roles & Responsibilities:Daily cash reporting including prior day reconciliation, daily position analysis, and weekly cash reporting including inputs and reconciliation of global cash.Assist the Treasury Manager with weekly global cash forecasting, reporting and reconciliation of monthly forecast comparisons.Transaction management for cash pool operations, wires including foreign currencies within multiple banking platforms, ACH payments, file transmissions and confirmations, intercompany payments, and support foreign controllers when needed.Manage treasury inbox and communication to all banks regarding day-to-day issues surrounding cash, including positive pay transmissions and exception maintenance, lockbox issues, and various transaction-related items.Work with all other areas of finance including A/P, A/R, Payroll, and G/L Accounting including foreign controllers.Assist the Treasury Manager with account opening documentation, change in signatories, new product contracts, and service implementations.Assist the Treasury Manager with documentation management, reviewing foreign bank account reconciliations, and inputting weekly and month end cash journal entries.Develop process improvement strategies and establish policies and procedures. Compile information for FBAR government reporting of foreign bank accounts and signers.Serve as administrator of online banking platforms including installation, training, and user access.

Job Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required.2-4 years of experience in Corporate Treasury.

Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within Treasury and Credit Management.Must be self-motivated, exhibit strong interpersonal and organizational skills, great attention to detail, as well as excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Advanced Excel skills required.Must be able to work with a diverse variety of people from different cultures and backgrounds.

Target Hiring Range

Annual Salary: USD 64,720.00 - USD 85,430.00
