The Surveillance Logistics team is seeking a Sr Technician, Logistics to serve on the Pack/Ship team onsite in McKinney, TX. 

What You Will Do

Read, interpret, and execute written shipping instructionsExamine packed material labels for accuracyPrepare shipping documents and label materials for shippingLoad trucks/move material on the dock using material handling equipment, such as powered industrial trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacksCoordinate and monitor workflow, assisting in prioritizing activities in assigned areas to improve upon service level commitmentPrepare Dangerous Goods DeclarationsMust be able to lift up to 28 lbs.Work within a diverse team environmentThis is a 1st shift, onsite position

Qualifications You Must Have

HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.Minimum 2 years of warehouse, shipping-related work experienceExperience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Qualifications We Prefer

General industry experience and understanding of protocol in a defense company, including work with Government Furnished MaterialExperience with SAP and Defense Transportation RegulationsImport/Export Compliance experience

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 40,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
