Job Responsibilities: • Drive advancement of Cloud operational strategy, functions, offerings, and tools. • Assist in knowledge management processes for internal technical teams. • Identify improvements to Cloud engineering standards, best practices, and processes. • Maintain documentation to support changes for products/services. • Build partnerships with highly matrixed cross-functional internal and external teams. • Identify areas of opportunity to create efficiencies for key products and/or services, to enhance UKG product offerings. • Facilitate meetings to discuss initiatives and business strategy while delivering informative, well-organized presentations. • Track and assist with EPIC Value Stream requests; such as Program Increment planning, backlog grooming, feature grooming, and tracking Cloud dependencies and enablers.
