We are looking for an experienced Sr Team Manager to provide strategic direction to our SDETs by applying modern engineering principles to optimize our organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
You will be working with a team of talented technologists and SMEs who bring a lot of energy, focus and fresh ideas that support our mission to provide value by seeing the world “Through Clients' Eyes.”
What you haveRequired Qualifications:
5+ years of software development management/leadership experience (QA team leadership experience highly preferred)5+ years experience running medium to large/complex IT projects with multiple internal/external dependencies3+ years experience providing oversight to multiple Agile teamsAbility to articulate designs and guide engineers and SDETs utilizing modern programming languages (preferrably Java or similar language)Leader level hands-on software development experience in an enterprise scale development environmentExperience as a technical leader in an organization including coaching and mentoring, working through complex problems, and working with business partners to deliver an amazing experience for Schwab clientsDemonstrated ability to define, drive and communicate strategy and vision and influence across the organizationExperience growing high performing engineering teamsKnowledge of the Atlassian suite of development tools and Appium automation frameworkStrong influencing, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with an ability to identify stakeholders, assess their needs and manage their expectations through effective communicationAbility to independently manage things as a contributing member in a fast-paced environment across multiple time zones and locationsExperience in financial services industry highly preferred Options Apply for this jobApplyShareRefer a friendRefer Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
