Key Responsibilities:Understanding and documentation of business requirementsAnalyzing functionality gaps and developing alternativesFinalize business blueprintingDeveloping project plansConfiguration, unit, and integration testingResolving issues between user groups and SAP teams from across multiple sitesPreparation of functional specifications for conversions and improvementsCoordination with the development team and supervising the progress of developing activities and updating the status with respective teamsProvide user training where appropriateCoordination with Power users in resolving issues that arise during user trainingComplete production support issuesProvide effective scope and issue managementSearch and apply OSS notes where appropriateAbility to communicate sophisticated issues and solution alternatives to usersSolid grasp of SAP S/4HANA Service and Customer Management modulesDeep experience in areas of Interaction center, Service requests, Service contracts, Service orders, Service quotations, recurring services, Service confirmations, billing, and pricingDeep experience in areas of lead, opportunity, activities, and knowledge articleGood understanding of front-end technologies like Fiori and Web UIUnderstanding of order to cash and quote to cash solutionsFair understanding of SAP S/4HANA capabilities and solution scope mapping to S/4 serviceUnderstanding field service management will be an added advantageGood integration knowledge of related modules and knowledge of migration tools (MC and DMLT)Proficiency in front-end technologies like Web UI and Fiori, etc.Proficiency in AET, extensibility, workflows, BSP, forms, events, BADI, and exitsMinimum Requirements/Qualifications:10-12 years previous SAP S/4 Customer service experienceHave a track record of at least 2 full cycle implementations and experience in support and improvements.Good exposure on interfaces – Idoc / ALEProven track record in the CS area of SAPTeamwork skillsExcellent client-facing and presentation skillsCommitted to a high level of customer service to internal clientsNon-Negotiable Hiring Criteria:Effective interpersonal skills requiredAbility to collaborate and work well with teams from different backgrounds and areas of expertise is essentialBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in the fieldAdditional Hiring Criteria:N/AAt Thermo Fisher Scientific, every one of our 90,000 outstanding individuals has a remarkable story to share.
