Sr Supply Planner

 

General Objective

Effectively implement and execute Honeywell Master Planning processes in accordance with current Policies to ensure that Department Objectives and Goals are met. Support Finance, Engineering and other Plant department initiatives and strategies.

 


Main Functions

1.      Develops production plans aligning demand with operating capacity

2.      Analyzes changes in engineering plans and drawings to determine effective dates of changes in coordination with engineering to minimize or eliminate obsolescence.

3.      Creates and maintains master material information and BOM material lists

4.      Participates in analysis and problem solving

5.      All activities related to the main function of the position.

6.      Based on planning, ensure optimization of resources and operating capabilities

7.      \"The employee knows and contributes to the Quality Management System\"

8.      Participates in customer satisfaction meetings and manages configuration changes in the supply chain.

9.      Directs and facilitates actions to ensure BOMS accuracy

10.   Analyzes and reports demand fluctuations

11.   Support in the HOS implementation phases

12.   Work in coordination with the manufacturing areas to ensure the commitments established with the client.

13.   Balance supply and demand by creating master production plans

14.   Interact daily with production control planners, planners, buyers and logistics.

15.   Keeps demands updated in the ERP.

16.   Work in coordination with the production control and operations areas to give them the support and communication required on the current and future demand of the client.

17.   Comply with the procedures applicable to the position in terms of HSE according to the HSE responsibility matrix.

18.   Comply with and enforce the Safety policy.

19.   Comply with and enforce the internal work regulations

20.   Maintain the work area according to the visual factory standards and 5s's

21.   Participate as an internal instructor in training functions

22.   The employee knows and contributes to the Quality Management System

YOU MUST HAVE

 

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning or related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in supply planning systems and tools

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English

• Knowledge of demand forecasting and inventory management (MRP systems, Oracle is desired)

• Experienced in Excel
