Sr Supervisor, Warehouse/Distribution Center

The primary responsibility of the Sr Supervisor, Warehouse Distribution Center is to provide on-time operational fulfilment of RMA devices to our customer base.  This role will be responsible for leading the advance replacement and shipping/receiving team, ensuring fulfilment of RMAs from our customer base, and managing SLA and Other KPIs. This position also ensures RMA database information input, accuracy, and reporting to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

\n\nForecast and maintain repair pool stock inventory levels that align with repair trends and demand seasonality.\nCollaborate with other departments on resolving concerns, new process implementation, problem resolution, etc.\nMaintain a thorough understanding of all SOPs related to ADVR and RMA and be the point of contact for the team.\nCollaborate with Salesforce support team and ICR support team on concerns related to system improvement, delays on RMA returns, etc.\nMaintain accurate control of Inventory for advance replacement (ADVR) program.\nFacilitate creation of RMAs via customer service department or directly with customer.\nEnsure products are configured and shipped to correct distributor/customer in a timely manner.\nTrack and facilitate returns of any advanced replaced devices. Monitor returns and follow up.  Invoice for those not received.\nRun daily reports to keep track of and process incoming RMAs and outgoing ADVR RMAs.\nMaintain aging report to keep track and notify Sales support team of delinquency of RMA returns for penalty charges. Ensure accuracy and validity of ICR records for invoicing of out of warranty and vandalism repairs.\nManage inventory control using Syspro and ICR.\nManage inventory movement between I2 working product and I2 Defective Product.\nManage inventory movement between I2 and Customers/Distributors locations. \nPerform weekly reconciliation of ADVR and RMA Inventory.\n

Background and Skill

\n\nRelevant qualification at degree, diploma, or trade level.\n5+ years of experience in materials planning and/or inventory management required.\nStrong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.\nStrong detail orientation and communication/listening skills.\nGood data retrieval, analysis, and reporting skills.\n
