Major Activities
Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels designed to deliver key business growth objectives. This ranges from evergreen marketing efforts, seasonal campaigns, and sales/promotionsPartner with business / merchandising teams to translate key sales objectives into marketing strategies and campaign briefs for internal and external creative partners.Work with paid media teams and internal channel owners to understand creative needs to satisfy awareness, consideration, and customer acquisition goals. Construct brand strategies, creative briefs, and channel plans to deliver results. Build full funnel message sequences and customer journey mapping for all BAU and campaign initiatives. Collaborate with project management to sequence key handoff dates and campaign milestones. Collaborate with MakerPlace Marketing team to build out annual communications plans, marketing calendars, and campaign timelines.Partner with analytics and media teams to analyze campaign performance, implementing test and learn strategies to continually optimize.Other duties as assigned
Preferred Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Digital Media, Communications, Public Relations, or a related fieldMS Office Proficient including PowerPoint, Word, and ExcelAnalytics tools such as Adobe and Tableau a plusAbility to learn DAM, feedback, and content management toolsMinimum Type of Experience Required
4+ years of Integrated or Brand Marketing experience at major brandsWorking understanding of ad types across a full funnel media strategy (Paid Social, Site, CRM, Programmatic Video and Display, Search, Organic Social, OLV)Strong creative brief writing skills and experience building full funnel campaign plans and communications strategiesCross-functional leadership experience, securing strategic alignment with partners across disciplines with occasionally competing prioritiesOther
Must possess superb communication skills, be personable, professional, and have strong presentation skillsAbility to function at a high level in a fast pace, constantly evolving environmentAbility to meet tight deadlines and balance multiple priorities simultaneously, while executing against key deliverables with excellenceApplicants in the U.S. must satisfy federal, state, and local legal requirements of the job.
