The Solution Architect collaborates with strategic clients in the assigned verticals, developing a deep understanding of their needs in fiscal measurement systems. This role involves translating these needs into innovative solution designs that address broader opportunities within the vertical. Additionally, the Solution Architect acts as a technical expert in products, solutions, and services specific to the vertical, supporting both the sales team and the deployment of solutions.
In addition to direct client activities, this role acts as a crucial liaison between the client and the commercial area, as well as with various groups within the company, including Engineering, Technical Support, Offering Management, Plant, Quality, among others. The main objective is to resolve technical concerns that may arise and manage activities related to certifications, demonstrations, product modifications, technical support, and quality situations.
Key Responsibilities
Technical sales presentations.Preparation and demonstration of products and systems.Gathering technical needs of prospects.Preparation of detailed technical offers.Support to the commercial team.Participation in product certification processes.Maintenance of marketing material.Preparation and deployment of proof of concept/pilots.Basic technical support.Liaison between different areas of the company to resolve technical doubts/problems with clients.Must Have:
BS/BA degree in Electrical, Electronic, Telecommunications, Mechatronics, Computer, Control Engineering, or related field.More than 5 years of work experience in analyzing needs and designing complex multi-technology solutions for clients.More than 5 years of experience in the development and completion of technical-commercial specifications focused on analog, digital, and intelligent measurement solutions for utility companies.Must have participated in multidisciplinary work teams for the successful integration and/or deployment of Productive Systems and/or pilots of Intelligent Measurement solutions.Knowledge in measurement and communication technologies for water, gas, and electricity.Knowledge in RF wireless communication systems.Knowledge in data analysis and project management.Experience in the implementation of intelligent measurement solutions.Knowledge of regulations and standards related to the measurement of water, gas, and electricity.Extensive knowledge in power electrical systems and/or natural gas distribution and commercialization systems and/or potable water distribution and commercialization systems.We Value:
