World Wide Technology, Inc., currently has an opportunity for a senior solutions Architect, Oracle Financials, to support the fast-paced and dynamic Internal IT Department in St. Louis, MO.  

 

Responsibilities: 

Analyze Business Processes, capture macro-level business requirements, and help guide the solution path on Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and EBS Financials: PA, PC, AP, AR, GL, FA Working closely with process architects and other solutions architects aligned to different value streams to build a longer-term Oracle financials solution strategy. Establish short-term and long-term solution roadmaps to meet business demands. Collaborate with the product management and delivery teams to drive the implementation according to the roadmap. Evaluate the current solution and application architecture to identify and address the gaps. Negotiate different solution options within the Oracle platform to meet business demands without increasing technical debt. Identify the shortest route to fail fast to help speed up solution delivery. Mentor and provide developmental support to different product delivery teams. Balance long-term planning, technical debt management, operational load, and team velocity while shipping new features. Establish and maintain feature-technology mapping and drive governance around that.

 

Extensive Oracle Experience: Over 15 years of experience in Oracle implementation, support, or application integration as an analyst or consultant.

 

ERP Finance Architecture: At least 5 years of experience in architecting composable solutions for different finance functions with Oracle Fusion Cloud as a core solution.

 

Domain-Specific Expertise: Over 5 years of experience in field services, staffing services, or consulting services, specifically implementing Oracle Project Accounting, Costing, and Billing on Fusion Cloud.

 

System Configuration Knowledge: In-depth understanding of system configuration and options for various Fusion Cloud Financial modules.

 

Leadership Experience: More than 3 years of technology leadership experience, with direct or dotted line reporting, demonstrating success metrics defined by the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

 

API Integration Experience: At least 3 years of experience in API lifecycle management application integrations, preferably with Oracle suite applications like Oracle SOA or OIC.

 

Advanced Functional and Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in key related Oracle modules such as Order Management (OM), Purchasing (PO), Inventory (INV), and Project Portfolio Management (PPM).

 

Customization and Extension Skills: Well-versed in extending and customizing Fusion Cloud solutions using Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).

 

Application Lifecycle Development: Full application lifecycle development experience using multiple frameworks.

 

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver effective presentations.
